Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Status Cleaning LLC is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial cleaning. Certificates are available on request.

Yes — every walkthrough, quote, and follow-up can be handled fully in English or Spanish.
How is pricing determined?
Every quote is based on a free walkthrough visit. We assess square footage, floor types, bathroom count, dust level, pets and priorities before pricing.
Can I request recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and commercial janitorial schedules are available.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring professional supplies and equipment. Specific preferences (allergies, pets, stone floors) can be matched.
Do you clean after construction?
Yes — post-construction cleaning and pre-construction site prep are available.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us 24-hour notice when possible. Repeat clients can adjust cadence directly with the office.
How do I pay?
Cash, credit/debit card, Zelle and Venmo are accepted. Commercial clients can request invoicing.
